Chas Lilley, an Introduction. On The Stamp Shop homepage I mentioned Ruby my wife and I had been operating the Stamp Shop for 35 years. You may very well been wondering what was I doing before owning the Stamp Shop? Well like most collectors I was a collector, I collected Postal History (Great Britain and New Zealand), Icelandic and Scandinavian Stamps, but over time my collecting preferences have changed and for the last 15 years have collected New Zealand Maori and London postcards., my latest passion. I am a member of several philatelic societies and a life member of the Taranaki Philatelic Society. I have judged postcard categories at several New Zealand Stamp Exhibitions, so yes a passion that continues to surprise me every day. |
